In the only picture of the game that we've seen so far, there's a mysterious female (I assume it's a female) character with Link.
Who could it be? His new partner? That's what I assume, but, I could be wrong.
In Nintendo Power, they interviewed Shigeru Miyamoto, and, while he couldn't tell us who the character was (unsurprisingly), he did ask if you noticed that, in the picture, although Link has a shield, he does not have a sword.
This led me to think that maybe, the female character IS Link's sword...I mean, she either transforms into a sword (and possibly other weapons), or she's the spirit of the sword, or...something like that.
Thoughts? Opinions? Anything?
Oh, by the way, although it probably doesn't mean anything, the female character looks kind of like the Fairy Queen from Wind Waker.

The girl DOES look totally like the master sword. She's even got that little diamond that the master sword has! xD
The Legend of Zelda: Link's Trusty Girlfriend! ;D
EDIT:
MAYBE IT'S NAVI!!!

This image pretty much sums up the two most obvious theories, I think.

Huh... I could've sworn I posted in here already.
I would imagine that it could be like Navi, Tatl, or Midna from the past games, it could be a companion or guide. Or both.
I'm sure I also mentioned something like "Yep, the first post is pretty much what I posted in another topic." Though to me it resembled a Zora from Twilight Princess more than a fairy from Wind Waker...

Oh, sorry, Rafa. You're right. It's just, since there weren't any new posts in the topic, I thought I'd start a new one.
