Let's see...who shall I be? Hmm...I think I'll be...Zelda!
Zelda (13 HP) SAP: 3 | DP: 2, 3, 4, 5 SA: Light Arrow (3 AP, LR, 3U) | Din's Fire (3 AP, LR, Can't be dodged) | Nayru's Love (10 DP (can't use other Defense in same turn), 1U) | Farore's Wind (2 AP, Move, 2U) | Heal (+2 HP, 2U) | Pray (+2 AP, 2 Turns, 2U) | Foresee (+3 DP, 2 turns, 2U) | Bind (Opponent can't Move or Dodge, 2 turns, 1U)

Impa (15 HP) SAP: 3 | DP: 3, 3, 3, 4 SA: Needle Storm (2 AP, 2H, LR, 2U) | Chain Whip (3 AP, Can't be Dodged, 2U) | Vanish (2 AP, 2H, Move, Stun, 1U) | Dagger Throw (4 AP, LR, 1U) | Blind (Opponent can't use SA next turn, 2U) | Lens of Truth (+2 AP, 2 Turns, 1U) | Mask of Truth (+2 DP, 2 Turns, 1U) | Quick Attack (3 AP, Can't be Defended against, User also can't Defend, 1U)
This game seems so complicated... Maybe it's not, though.

I'm sorry... I tried SO hard to make this simpler...and I spent a lot of time on it. Is there anything you can think of that would make it easier? If you want, we can take the "moving" aspect out, I don't mind. I just want this to be fun... Well...I'll start, I guess. Zelda uses Pray, to increase her attack by 2 for the next two turns. Zelda: "Impa, I just want you to know that I really appreciate all you've done for me. And, I'm really, really sorry that I'm going to have to destroy you."

I didn't mean it like that... This looks like a fun and interesting game, and it also looks like the type where just explaining it won't be enough, and you actually have to try it to get it. I didn't mean anything bad for it, sorry...
Impa: "I expect you to show me your best. I may have taught you much that you know about fighting when you were younger..."
Impa attacks Zelda using Quick Attack (3AP)
Impa: "...but I haven't taught you everything."

Oh, that's okay, really. I overreacted, I kind of panicked when I thought I hadn't made it easier enough.
If there's any thing I can do to explain it better, PLEASE let me know.
Zelda: "Ow! That was...so fast! Why didn't you teach me that?!"
Zelda has 10 HP now.
Zelda raises her Royal Sword, then attacks Impa. (Just a regular attack)
Without Defense, it's worth 5 AP.

Impa defends (4), but is still hit. (Hit 2AP, HP: 13)
Impa: "I don't need to tell you my reasons. You are too much of a bother already." As Impa spoke, her voice could be heard along with another voice - A deep, powerful-sounding voice that sounded very familiar.
Impa used a standard attack (3 AP).

If you used a 4 Defense, you only took 1 AP. Zelda uses a 3 Defense. Zelda gasps. "How...how could you say that?! After all we've been through.......TAKE THAT!" Zelda uses another standard attack, worth another 5 AP. (Last turn before Pray wears off)

(Simple mistake... : Impa defends (3) and is hit with 2AP. (HP: 12) She was clearly hurt, but didn't respond to it at all. Her face became pale and it was becoming clear that she had been possessed. Impa quickly takes out a dagger and throws it at Zelda.

(I'm thinking of changing the number of special abilities everyone has...like, maybe down to six or five...) Zelda Backflips, avoiding the attack and putting herself on the back space, where her defense is 1 point higher, and her attack (unless a long-ranged attack is used) is one point lower. (Hmm....I'm also thinking about changing something about dodging...I don't really know what...maybe, you can only use two...or one...in one game, or something...) (Oh, right, Dodges don't count as actions...I'm forgetting my own rules. ) From the back space, Zelda aims a Light Arrow (3 AP) at Impa, and with a muttered, "Sorry," lets the arrow fly.

(maybe... there are a lot of abilities - it would be tricky choosing which ones to get rid off too) Impa, by reflex, ducked and turned around to dodge (3) the arrow, then quickly turned back to Zelda and used Needle Storm (2 hits, 4AP).

(Yeah...and actually, it's been hard to think up eight abilities for everyone, so this will make it easier.
And another thing, it will also help to make the characters more unique, since they all have some similar abilities.)
Zelda uses her 2 Defense to block the first needle, but takes the second, though she only takes 1 point, being in the back row.
She then launches an (un-dodgeable) Din's Fire. (3 AP, Long-ranged)
